# **What to do when nobody responds to your cold outreach**

**Here’s some big no nos:**

🚫 Repeatedly asking for a time to call, or worse, sending a booking link when there’s no indication the lead is even interested. The problem is not scheduling!!

🚫 Sending unwarranted demo links, especially long ones.

🚫 Follow up — but apologize for pestering them.

**Here’s what you should be doing instead:**

✅ Put as much effort into personalizing your follow ups as your first message (not just “Bumping this up!”)

✅ Use a multi channel approach. I’ve had people say yes over LinkedIn, no over email and vice versa.

✅ Use positive language like — “One more try!” or “Didn’t want you to miss out”. Positivity is a sign of confidence 😎
